Quality assurance

Working in a close network, we can quickly check on the workload and availability of our translators before quoting you a deadline. This way, we not only ensure reliable adherence to deadlines, but also that the best translator with the most suitable qualifications handles your job.

To ensure constant high quality and continuity, we generate account-specific dictionaries as well as updating and managing terminology lists provided by the customer. In keeping with our customer focus policy, if anything is not quite clear in the source text, the translator handling the job contacts the customer to clarify the issue. For us, quality assurance is not just an empty phrase: all translations are critically proof-read by a second translator for completeness and correctness.

Unless the customer otherwise specifies, all original texts and translations are archived at our office.

Of course, all documents are handled with absolute discretion.
At your request, we will use the encryption procedures your company uses for data transmission and storage.

We are familiar with the specifications of the German translation standard DIN 2345, which is the yardstick for all our work, and at your request and with your co-operation we provide translations fulfilling the exact specifications of this standard.
