In order to reproduce your text correctly in the target language, we have to understand it. Often the translator is the first person to read the text critically and is the first person to notice omissions, typographic errors, spelling mistakes etc.
When we come across passages which are not quite clear, we don't just skip over these and translate them as best we can – we take the trouble to contact the author or the person responsible and ask for clarification. In co-operation with you or your staff, we edit and correct your texts – and this, within reasonable limits, at no extra charge.
We also offer our customers services beyond straightforward translation (e.g. critical proof-reading and editing of operating instructions, layout suggestions).
